Cost of converting from oil to natural gas??
I just found out there is a line in the neighborhood, my next door neighbors have gas - how much is a conversion like this usually??

professionally done cost me 6,000 about 5 years ago with a free boiler. Additional cost for tank abatement 750.00. That is a boiler and a hot water tank with full installation and removal of old system. Plus gas line into house from meter.

We had it done 2 years ago and it was about $6000 total.

our was around $6000 as well a little less then 2 years ago
eta: actually forgot it was prob around 5000-5500 as well, forgot we had some additional work in there that he did for us as well

Almost 1 year ago. $5K all included. Really straight forward job. Only 30ft to dig to tap straight into the street. Same level for unit replacement (not in basement!).
