Could I make this in a crock pot?

I want to make this recipe for dinner tonight:

grilled chicken with black bean and mango salsa

Do you think I could make the chicken (not the salsa) in the crock pot?

Would I just take all of the chicken ingredients and put it in the crock pot?

I personally wouldn't. I don't know how you can do grilled chicken in a crock pot. I would think liquid would be released from the chicken breasts and then if would kind of boil it?

But you can do a whole roasted chicken in the crock pot, so who knows?

I am not sure you could. I think the grilled chicken would dry out so much- usually grilled chicken doesnt have much fat on it.. so it would dry up easier.

I think you could, you would just need to add more lime juice.

I don't see why not, I just think you might need to add a bit more liquid. Since chicken in the crockpot tends to come out shredded and liquidy I would probably serve it over rice with salsa on top.
