both pregnacys were around christmas, so we gave each godparent a christmas card, with godfather and godmother.
ETA: if a birthday is coming up you can get them a happy birthday godmother/father?

On x-mas I gave her a charm that said "godmother"

we asked my sister and brother in law to christen our little guy. my sister has a zillion nicknames for him, so i asked her one day
"what are all the names you call him?" and she rattled them off and then i said "well, whats he supposed to call You, auntie or godmother"?
she flapped her arms and jumped around like a chicken lol
