Critique my Christmas Eve menu
So we don't do a "dinner" for Christmas Eve, it's more of a cocktail party with heavy appetizers. We will have 12 people. This is a tentative menu, what do you think? I feel like I need another vegetable but I don't want to do salad, maybe some kind of a veggie appetizer? Or just put extra veggies on the antipasto platter?
spinach dip w/ crudite and pumpernickel bread shrimp cocktail antipasto platter fresh mozz/tomato/basil with crostini onion dip/chips
pigs in a blanket baby lamb chops with mint jelly spinach & jalapeno cheese wontons chicken strips - maybe served with mini waffles, not sure yet
Assorted cookies: chocolate crinkle lace oatmeal chewies peanut butter Raspberry Strippers

What about a vege platter with dip?
