Critique my Easter menu - do I need another protein?
I am hosting 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Here is my menu so far:
crudite/spinach dip baby lamb chops with mint jelly
Honeybaked ham roasted fingerling potatoes roasted brussels sprouts with pancetta haricot verts with fresh dill PW's buttered rosemary rolls
Assorted desserts
Do I need another protein with dinner or is the lamb appy and the ham enough? Should I do a turkey breast or something? TIA

Sounds delicious! Do you know whether everyone likes ham? I would make a small turkey breast especially for the kiddos.

Personally i dont eat lamb or ham, so i would suggest making maybe turkey or chicken (unless you know for sure that everyone eats ham in which case dont worry about it).

That sounds SOOO delicious!! And it honestly looks like you have a real balance there between proteins, starches and veg!

Sounds great. I don't think you need to add anything unless your guests don't eat lamb or ham. My DH does not eat either, but he would if that's all you were serving.

Ditto, especially for the kids.

Re: Critique my Easter menu - do I need another protein?
I caved and ordered a 2.5 lb roast turkey breast from Whole Foods. I have OOT guests in for the week so I'm sure it will get eaten. Thank you everyone!
