crock pot whole chicken
does anyone make this? how? ive been making it once a week for a while and i need a new recipe. TIA

Yes I do it like this:
I chop up some veggies - usually 2 onions, a bunch of garlic cloves and some carrots and/or celery and/or scallions and season with salt and pepper. I have a Ninja crockpot so I can saute right in there. I throw a scoop of ghee in there and saute the veggies a little. Then I add a small scoop of tomato paste and mix that all up. I deglaze with wine and/or chicken stock. Then I season the chicken however (usually just salt, pepper, and 21 seasoning salute from TJs or any seasoning mix). Then put breast side down in slow cooker and cook on low 4-6 hours (usually about 5 hours but NEVER more than 6!)
