CrossFit?
Has anyone done this? There is a groupon right now for the one in Nesconset, it's a bit out of the way for me but it seems like a good deal...

LOVE IT!
I actually joined that same box this summer after buying a living social deal. They are wonderful there. The workouts are awesome and the coaches are great at scaling it to meet all fitness levels. Great people there too!

I just started a few weeks ago and am loving it. If the gym offers a beginners session make sure you go to that so you can learn the moves correctly and not be intimidated (although xfit people are super nice and accepting, at least at my gym!)... I would check and see if there are any local gyms even without a groupon (I find that having to travel makes me less likely to work out).
