Current Oil Prices...
It's that time again...just checking in to see what oil prices folks have been getting...
Slomin's just offered us $2.899 - we were customers last year with them so not really "new" customers. Service contract is $109
DH keeps saying we should do COD and forget the service contract but we have an old boiler and I have this bad bad feeling in my gut about that - besides a cleaning alone is about $99...
What is that website again that has COD oil prices?

we locked slomins for a year for 2.899 , that was including the service contract (2.799 w/ no contract) . they were in roosevelt field mall 2 weeks ago across from victoria secret.

I saw that as well but generally speaking that deal only applies to "new" customers - are you 100% new to Slomin's?

We got 2.87 with Petro and a contract. I have a new burner but I still dont feel ok with no contract, in case there is ever an oil shortage I want to be sure I wont get put at the bottom of the list.

we just signed with Allyn Oil in Freeport for 2.79, it was $135 for a contract for 2 years.

They quoted me a ceiling of $3.89! I have $2.79 now. I have them now and I won't be signing up again at that rate.
I may try Perillo or Petro..I hate Slomins but if they are cheap I don't care where I get my oil from. I have an older burner and steam system so I like to be covered. I have used the service contract a few times for minor stuff but every service call adds up.
