Daycare moms
Are we the only ones that have homework assignments?
Once a month we get "family projects"
Do all daycares partake in this?

I used to work at a Tutor Time, and I know we used to do that with our kids, but only the 3 & 4 year olds. September was an apple, October was a pumpkin, etc. and the parent and child had to decorate it together. It was actually very cute!!

Well our last month we had to do a project "what makes me smile"
TOday our 2nd project was do "Green", a project made of recycled items

Sydney is 2 and gets homework every night! We dont usually get to any of it until the weekend - it is usually things for her to color, paste or trace.

Oh thank goodness you don't do it every night either!! No way do I have time for homework every night... I try to do it all in one shot with him on Thursday night but more often than not, we don't get to it until the weekend either.

No homework for us....
So far, just fundraiser and asking to bring in empty pint or quart soup containers and empty toilet paper and paper towel cardboard tubes. DH got pizzed because he read it wrong and thought they wanted us to supply toilet paper and paper towels. He said, "I am willing to do my part, but don't we pay enough that they can at least supply toilet paper and paper towels?"
