Daylight Savings Advice for Bad Sleeper

DS is already a terrible sleeper and I must admit that I am dreading the time change this Sunday!

He already wakes up at 5:30am! So now he is going to be up at 4:30am! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

BTDT Moms.... How did you help your DC adjust to the time change???

Re: Daylight Savings Advice for Bad Sleeper

We lucked out that she adjusted really quickly last year. She woke up an hour earlier on Sunday but we were able to put her to bed at her normal time and she was ok with it. She wasn't overly cranky for that last hour.

Re: Daylight Savings Advice for Bad Sleeper

Well I started yesterday, but you can start tonight. I kept DS up 15 minutes later than usual yesterday. Today it will be 30 minutes and tomorrow 45. By saturday he will be up one additional hour. I am hoping this will help. If you start tonight you can do this in 20min intervals instead.

Here is a link where i got this information.
