DD has a fever - could be teething or shots - send to daycare?
Love this question- asked the same thing last week!
I guess when it comes to fever, you keep them home regardless if it's related to teething or shots?
She's had a 101.2 fever in the past, due to teething and it went right back down. I've been hearing her moaning and groaning in her sleep though.
If it is related to shots, when does the fever normally occur? She didn't start showing signs of fever til this afternoon, and she got her shots at 4pm yesterday.

Poor Riley! 
TLE says if they have a fever, they need to be fever free for 24 hours before going back. I don't think it's the shots, I believe she would have had a fever reaction sooner than this if it was the shots.
I'd keep her home tomorrow just in case she did pick something up at daycare.
