Dear SC Police Officer,

I want to thank you for the blinding white light you shone into my car window in my face while I was driving with my baby in the car. I know a precious ticket for an expired registration or inspection would have made your night but I could of crashed into you or something else. maybe try using your brain and shine it at parked cars not ones that are actually in motion
