isn't it awful? just yesterday - at the parade - people were bumping RIGHT into us and acting as if nothing happened - they would shove you out of the way for no reason. some woman literally knocked into my husband and just looked at him like HE was in HER way. so, as horrific as this story is - somehow, after yesterday, i'm not surprised! people have NO regard for one another anymore.

This almost happened to me one year in the Christmas store at Fortunoff back when it was it's own seperate store. This man literally tried to jump of me and then I was nearly knocked down. I was about 11 or 12. It was scary.
ETA this was the day after Christmas the people were truly animals. That was the last time my mom and I ever did that

This Black Friday shopping should be stopped. I think it's time for Government to get into the action and have it stopped. Or they should two police officers at every door and only let in 20 people at a time like every 5 minutes. Sort of like going to a club. This is why I don't ever shop at malls or places like these on Black Friday. It really digust me how people can act especially when they are adults.

First off...people are complaining that they have no money and yet they're rushing into stores on Black Friday. Look at that picture in the link...there were tons of people there!
Secondly, what friggen animals! They were stepping on him to get in the door. What kind of person is that? Have you no heart? I feel for that poor man and his family. People are just disgusting.

People are f'n animials. I cannot believe how little respect or common courtesy people have for their fellow human beings.
I hope that those who are guilty of this crime are happy that they saved a few bucks on their big TV.
This is one of the reasons I will not shop on black Friday. I HATE crowds, and am afraid of this type of human behavior.

...or Walmart should do it like Best Buy does and hand out tickets. I don't think I've ever read about a stampede at Best Buy. Their system is great.

I think theres a LOT of blame here. No one thing. These people are saving a LOT of money...not $5, not $20. some of these big items are hundreds of dollars off.
This economy is making people crazy...their money is so valuable, more now then ever...that they are seeing nothing but that money and the end prize.
Then just look at how much commecialism plays into everything we see, its about the TV's, the Radios, the games. It never ends.
I honestly think that this type of thing is gonna get WORSE not better.
Because no one, not individuals, not corporations, not Government wants to take any responsibility for how we have come to behave and act this way.
All I can think about is that poor mans family 
Listen I shop Black Friday. I have a limited budget and I get more then I could ever buy by doing this, but I would love to just see the prices lowered thru out the season to compensate. There has to be small changes ....not sure what they could be though.

Its so SICK that someone would take out a phone and video this! and I also think its sick that a reputable news website posted it!! That is someone's family member laying there dying!!!
As for the Officer not doing mouth to mouth, I believe they are trained and need to use a device to protect themselves. I wouldn't be so quick to judge him doing cpr standing, sitting with or without mouth to mouth unless I was there. None of us were there and were basing our judgment off a cell phone video. REAL reliable.
for his family, and hopefully they are spared from seeing this SICK video of their family members last minutes
