Delicious recipe!!
So I just make Pumpkin Turkey Chili and am in love!!
Here's what I used:
1lb 99% lean ground turkey breast
green pepper- chopped
Onion- chopped
15 oz. tomato juice
1/2 tbs pumpkin pie spice
1/2tbs chili powder
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/8 cup splenda
Brown the turkey, throw it in a pot. Cook the veggies until they are tender. Throw those in. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix em up. Simmer for at least an hour!
Using the amounts I used (i weight out my pepper and onion to calculate) and dividing the batch into 6 servings, the nutrition is 0 Fat, 8g carbs, 23g protein
SOOO good! Enjoy!

That sounds really good! Do you taste the pumpkin a lot or is it subtle? I would love to make it but I know dh will make a face as soon as I mention that there's pumpkin in it lol

It's subtle...just lessen the pumpkin spice and you'll be good to go!
