I know... I'm reading so much online about how you can't trust any moving companies. Oh well we learned our lesson.

No my dad is not a lawyer but he owns a business and has been in many situations like this before. I wasn't getting anywere, DH is too busy at work and my dad asked if he could handle it. He asked DH and he said to go for it!

oh, ok! that makes total sense having your dad call then! ! i just thought it was funny because the other day there was a thread about the "helpless generation" that has thier parents handle everything for them... but this makes total sense if your dad knows how to handle these situations  glad it all worked out!
