DH was prank called by one of his students today!!!!****UPDATED****
I swear, these kids are just dumb!
DH teaches in a HS and was in charge of the senior trip this year, so he had given his cell # to some seniors to contact him in case of emergencies while on the trip. Plus, all the parents had it as well. DH doesn't care as he doesn't really use his cell that much.
This afternoon DH gets a call from a 516# he doesn't know, and answers. It goes like this:
Caller: Hi, is this the .... residence?
DH: yes, who is this?
Caller: This is Planned Parenthood calling with your results
DH: results of what?
Caller: results of your pregnancy test
DH: who is this??
They hang up
Now, stupidly, this girl did not press *67 to make it a private call, so I called back on my cell (making my # private obviously ) and got her voicemail. Her name was on the voicemail, and DH says he has a few students with this name.
HE calls back from his cell, gets her voicemail and instantly recognizes her voice. He leaves a message stating this:
Hi (her name). It's Mr. .... You called before and hung up before I got the results of my pregnancy test. Just so you know, your number came up on my caller id, and you and I will be having a conversation on Monday. Have a fabulous weekend! 
I swear, this girl must be crapping her pants. I would be!
The thing is, she was one of the girls that we took on a European trip last year so I know her too, and I never would have thought she would have done it..
Lesson learned: if you are going to prank your teacher, at least press *67!
Ok, so here is what happened.
DH told me that originally he planned on calling her down over the loud speaker to the assistant principal's office and make her think she was in trouble. When she got there, after making her think she was in HUGE trouble, they would have told her they were joking and to not do it again, or else.
BUT, she ran up to DH in the hall before he could do this, and said that is wasn't her.  She says that her friend was the one who called. Now DH says that he thought the one who called him did not sound like her, but we all know that if she didn't make the call, she was sitting right there laughing her azz off.  We were all 17 once so we know!!
He told her it was funny, but to never do it again, or there will be big problems.
So lets see what happens.

Given the prank was kind of funny in the first place, that she is going to $hit in her pants the whole weekend, I think a "reminder" on Monday that the cell phone was to be used in case of emergencies only.... that should get the point across.
