We just got back from the vet. DH came home from upstate. She looked 100 times better now than when I saw her before. We left so that she can rest for a little bit and we are going back in an hour and transporting her to the emergency center with 24 hour care.
They told me that she can eat now so I am cooking up some chicken breast for her now.
After seeing her tonight I feel that she will completely recover and be strong. Please keep her in your thoughts until she is all better.
Thank you guys so much for all the thoughts and kind words. It meant alot.
We used a vet on Old Country Road who operated on both of our ferrets. He specializes in exotic animals. I 'll try to find out his name for you. Our ferrets are long gone but I'll track him down for you.
So we just dropped Molly off at the 24 hour vet. I am so mad right now. She was a perfect little puppy and they took out a GOOD kidney for NO REASON AT ALL. She has tons of stiches going down her belly and screams EVERY TIME she moves. They seem really nice at this hospital and hopefully they will take good care of her.
We have to pick her up at 7:30 in the morning and bring her back to her vet to be checked up on. Once they have done everything for her we will be getting a new vet ASAP and also suing the hell out of them. This should NOT have happened. Turns out the woman who performed this surgery works Per Diem for the Vet - and she is close to retiring. Looks like she should have retired earlier. I am so mad at myself because DH did not want to go to EM Animal Hospital but we never knew where else to go and they seemed nice enough so I never took her anywhere else. I should have changed the appointment knowing that DH was going to be upstate today. There are so many things that I should have done but didn't and now poor little Molly is going to have to deal with I this. I just hope she gets back to normal.

Try not to blame yourself, as hard as that is. I would totally sue the hell out of that doctor tho, what a horror!!!!!!!
I'm glad that Molly was better when you saw her this afternoon. Lots of love and prayers
So we just picked up Molly from the overnight vet and dropped her back off at EM Animal Hospital. She looks so much better so we are very relieved. EM is going to keep her on IV for the rest of the day and take her blood in a few hours. It looks like she will be able to come home with us today. THANK GOD.
