diapers or pull ups?
Ds is starting preschool next week. He is not potty trained. He has delays and will in the integrated class with related services. Diapers are allowed, but am wondering if pull ups would be easier.for the.staff and maybe help facilitate training with pulling them up and down. I was also thinking it might be easier for the.staff when changing him. He can fight diaper changes sometimes. At home, he refuses to go on the potty even though I am encouraging him. Thoughts?

Re: diapers or pull ups?
We tried pull-ups for a short time for DD. We stopped when we realized that we had to completely undress her to change it. Esp for DD, who wears leg braces, shoes, braces, pants, pull-up...all had to come off to put a new one on. Consider what will be entailed with changing that pull-up. If he is wearing sneakers or boots, chances are that they'll have to come off to put on a new pull-up. I really think they're more of a hassle than they're worth. I gave away my whole box.

As long as the pull ups are like Huggies slip on or similar that can be opened and closed should be fine. Our preschool asked that we don't send the ones that have to be ripped open at the sides. You can ask the teachers what their preference is.

He went in diapers until we started full-on potty training.

This exactly. We just started pull-ups when my ds started potty training well.
