DS is 8mo and got the DTaP vaccine this morning. He is irritable (he usually is after shots) but he also has very loose stool all day. He hasn't had any news foods, so I'm guessing it's from the vaccine. Do you think I should call the ped or is this a normal reaction? All he told me to watch for is high fever and redness at the injection site. TIA!
