Did anyone do half formula and half milk for awhile?
I really want her to start some milk now but I also love the formula and all the vitamins it has.
Did anyone do half and half for a month or so? I think that is the route I am going to go down.

The pedi recommended that we do this. I only did it for 2wks though (per her recommendation). My DS was on Alimentum so she wanted to make sure the he could handle the transition to whole milk.

I introduced whole milk an oz at a time (1 oz milk - 7 oz formula etc). It took a few weeks.

We tried doing milk straight and that night DS didn't sleep (or something was funny.) I don't know if it was actually the milk but then we went back and did it gradually.
