Did anyone get the front wheel replaced on the city mini?

Did anyone get the front wheel replaced on the city mini?
I thought our city mini totally fell apart but DH was able to put it back together with a new wheel that BBB gave us.
I don't know if we put it on wrong but the little brake(?) thing above the wheel keeps coming down and it makes it difficult to steer.
Does anyone else have this problem?
I think we must really abuse our strollers. Our City Mini has been run to the ground. Our Maclaren frame was bent and returned. We are on our 3rd Orbit stroller base. Thank goodness for good customer service!

Happened to us w our city double as soon as we strolled the kids into sesame place The company sent us two wheels. Replacing it worked but now I feel like it could happen again at the worst time

So we need to replace our replacement wheel?
That lock thing is sooooooooooooo annoying!
