i just opened my mail  mine went down significantly. i wouldnt mind the letter if my taxes were going down too!!

My house went down 100K (about 20%) but my taxes didn't go down 20%. This is why people are so upset. If Nassau wants to lower our home values then our taxes should be lowered proportionally.

Mine went down $102k  Good thing we are not planning on moving for awhile.
