I know! When she got out of the bathtub I was  (Although I'm SURE that was a body double!) So happy the show is back!

Pretty sure that was a body double coming out of the bath tub. Did they go with this storyline cause she was pregnant in real life? I dont remember seeing pics of her face looking so big when she was pregnant,

January Jones, who plays the show’s resident ice queen, was pregnant during filming of season 5 of the show last year. That meant producers had to either write her pregnancy into the script or find another way to explain her character’s packed-on pounds. They chose the latter.
Jones was noticeably heavier in her first episode of the new season, and the script had her character diving right in to her weight gain woes. An impromptu visit to the doctor, in the hopes of getting a prescription for diet pills, turned instead into a cancer scare. The doc found a tumor in Betty’s thyroid, and in turn we saw a softer-- even motherly-- Betty as she faced her own mortality.
By the episode’s end we find that the tumor is benign and then Betty’s back to her old self. She doesn’t even bother to call her ex-husband Don Draper to tell him the good news, although he was the first one she called when she thought she was going to die.
Incidentally, that wasn’t all January Jones that you saw. Producers put the actress in a fat suit to camouflage her pregnancy and used a body double for the bathtub scene. According to the Los Angeles Times, this is the third “Mad Men” character that has donned “fat” makeup. (Remember the secretly pregnant Peggy back in Season 1?)
So how long will the heavy Betty storyline play out? The show’s final scene last night had Betty eating an ice cream sundae and then polishing off her daughter’s unfinished dessert.

What is going on with Roger? His comments about goin out the window,,,almost a surreal format to the show's opening of the man falling out the window

I was questioning whether or not that was her or not because even the way she talked was so different. I think it was all of the makeup and stuff they put to make her face chubbier too.
