Did you bleed after your D&C?

If so, for how long? I had mine on Wednesday. I started the pills they made me take for contractions and to help stop the bleeding Wednesday night, and finished them thursday night. It's saturday night and I have been bleeding more in the past 2 days than I did right after the procedure and when I was on those pills.
Is that normal? It's not a lot of blood... it's just more than it had been. Just curious, b/c I thought people said they woke up feeling no pain and I'm still in pain and still bleeding. Wondering if something's wrong, or if this is normal... TIA!

i didn't take any pills or anything after... i bled for prob 10 days or so after my d&c

I took the pills. I bled on and off and spotted for about a month. I was never in pain though. Maybe you should call the doctor.

No pain no bleeding. Just aching. Maybe call dr b? I wish u weren't in pain xo

i only spotted... i didnt have any significant bleeding... it stopped after a few days!

I didn't take any pills.

If I remember correctly I didn't have much bleeding for the first 2 days and I thought I wouldn't bleed much at all but then it started to pick up a few days later. It lasted awhile for me. About 2.5 weeks of on and off bleeding.

My bleeding came and went. I was given pills but never took them. It practically stopped by three days after, then on the fourth day it was bad again, then went away, then the sixth day it was so bad I called my doctor and went in the next morning - turns out that must have just been the last of it, since my uterus was empty and I only spotted after that point.

The cramping came and went with it. My doctor told me that if it DID pick up again I could take the pills but warned me that while they would slow the bleeding, they would make the cramping worse, since they cause contractions.

I didn't get any pills to take.

The first few days I hardly had any bleeding. Then the next week it got REALLY heavy - so much so I was very nervous and called the doctor. She said the amount was not unusual but it still worried me.

After probably close to a week of heavy bleeding it slowed down and I had on an off spotting for another week or 2.

I don't remember much pain - maybe a little cramping the week after.

i was given the pills, the only bleeding i had was while i was in recovery before leaving to go home - no cramping either. i spotted for maybe a day or too, but it was so tiny i dont know if its considered spotting.

i didn't have any pills to take for bleeding. i think just antibiotics.

i bled for about a month. it was only heavy for about 2 weeks and the rest was light bleeding. it was also very clotty.

my first period was also VERY heavy and clotty.

Took the pills and its been a week since my d and c and im still spotting on and off

I bled for a little over a week after my D&C. I just had the d&c done, no pills were taken.

After my first D&c, I bled on and off for about 6 weeks. (I was 12 weeks when I miscarried). The second time, I was 8 weeks and bled for about 2.
