We didn't include anyone else in anything -
We felt it was something we wanted to keep between us.
Same here.
I email pics after, but, for us, that's a time just for DH and I.

Nope, we couldn't invite one without the other one, and trying to get that together is a big deal.
At my level 2 my DH couldnt get off from work so he wanted his mom to go, and then of course mine would want to go to, so we just settled for DD going with me as not to upset the future grandparents.

It was just dh and me until the end of my first pregnancy. I was High risk and had to go for a sono at 32 weeks I was so nervous. Dh could not come so I asked my sil (the godmother). A couple of days later I ended up in the hospital on bedrest and my mom was there for 1 of the sonos. With my second just my dh came.

we went to our sonos alone. the Dr's office isn't too keen on a party in the tiny sono room.
I always email/post pics to my baby blog when we get home.

No, but I showed my mom the sonograms, and we got a DVD at our level II which I shared w/my mom
I'll share w/my MIL if she asks
but of course, she hasn't even asked yet

Well... we have had a process to get prego doing IVF... and my mom has been just as much as my partner as my DH... if he wasn't able to make it for a transfer or appt, she always came with me (unless it was basic bloodwork)
So far we only had 1 sono on Thursday, and my DH came... I know I will have my mommy come to other appts... with or without my DH... we are very close and she has helped us throughout this entire process I am not going to leave her out now.
Everyones situation is different... I think I would only have my DH and my mother though, thats it.

not for the very first one--that was just me and DH. but i had my mom at my ultrascreen. my MIL, mom and aunt were at my level 2.
IMO, it's a wonderful thing to share with your mom. my mom was beyond excited and couldn't stop talking about it to everyone. it made me happy to know SHE was happy.
i will do the same thing for #2, but i might invite my sister as well if she wants to go. the more the merrier! (and even if you have an internal sonogram, you are TOTALLY covered--no one can see anything.)
