Has anyone ever eaten at any of the featured places on here?
I'm obsessed with this show but I have yet to visit any of these places

Yup....Comet Cafe in Milwaukee. It was AMAZING. I think about the food from time to time and tell anyone I know who goes to the city that they MUST EAT THERE! :)

Yes, I forget the name but it was upstate NY, almost near Niagra Falls.

Yes the pit stop in merrick. Delicious. But it is seriously the worlds smallest place.

hildebrants in williston park was on there. We have been going there for years. I have also been to this diner in maine called beckys and they filmed a show there. Been going there a long time as well. I love both these places! not sure if they have been anywhere else i eat or not...

Only two Pit Stop in Merrick and some place in PA both were good!
ETA: DH & I have eaten at a ton of places we've seen on The Best Thing I Ever Ate though!

We've eaten at The Pit Stop in Merrick. It's ok but not fantastic or anything. We've tried a few different things but our last order included a roasted chicken and it was disgusting, undercooked and zero flavor. We couldn't eat it - you get a better roasted chicken at Waldbaums. Since that experience we haven't gone back and probably won't again.

I live not too far from there, and yes, it has gone way down hill the last few years.
We've eaten at Primanti Bros. in Pittsburgh. It was good, not great, but my son loved the experience.

i went to one in florida - dont recall the name but i was not impressed. there were actually 8 of us eating and we were all disappointed
doesnt make me want to try any other places featured on the show

I used to go there all the time, didnt realize it was on DDD.
Ive been to Hildebrandts a zillion times
Sunflower Cafe in Sonoma
I wonder where else I've been that was featured.
Love that show, it makes me want to travel cross country!
