Disney Meal Recommendations?
We would like to do one character meal at Disney.
What is your favorite one? Is it better to do a breakfast so we can get into the park earlier or lunch at cinderella's castle?
We are staying at sheraton vistana resort.

Re: Disney Meal Recommendations?
I wasn't thrilled with the food at the castle. my faves for character meals are the garden grille in epcot( mickey, pluto, chip and dale) and the crystal palace(pooh, eeyore, tigger, piglet) that's in the magic kingdom

Re: Disney Meal Recommendations?
donald's safai in animal kingdom (mickey goofy donald daisy) same characters as chef mickey just swap daisy for minnie and the breakfast was fabulous...we did the first seating in the am and were in the park before it opens..it was great
or the princess breakfast in Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Norway, epcot...same thing as the castle but half the price!!! =) did the same thing..firwst seating...was in the park before it opens..best way to do it IMO

Re: Disney Meal Recommendations?
Who is your child's favorite character? I would say if you only do one - check out Chef Mickey's (Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy, and Pluto). If you want the experience of dining in the castle and want princesses do Cinderella's Royal Table. If you like Princesses and don't care about the castle - try Akershus in Norway at EPCOT. If your child like Pooh and friends I would try Crystal Palace.
Chef Mickey's doesn't do lunch - the others mentioned do all three meals. Okay - I know people vary but my personal opinion. I don't like Character meal breakfasts unless you have multiple days in the parks and want a down morning or you want to do one on departure day. You can get a VERY early meal say 8am on 9am opening - but I feel that it can be rushed and you might have to decide if you want to leave and get on the rides while the lines or short or see the characters if they happen to be slow coming around. I personally prefer to do these type of meals for lunch or dinner when you are ready to have some down time. If you are only going to have a day or two in the parks I would say lunch or dinner not breakfast.

Re: Disney Meal Recommendations?
We just came back from disney and had breakfast in cinderella's castle. Perfect for a little girl in that you met 5 princesses. Last year we had a disney princess lunch in epcot. I would recommend a breakfast in that you can get out early and to the park
