Re: DISNEY while Pregnant
I was 12 weeks pg with twins when we went, and all I remember that I couldn't go on besides the obvious 'big" rides was the Animal Kingdom Safari ride.
Just drink a ton of water, and if your DH will push you in a wheelchair that helps a lot

Re: DISNEY while Pregnant
I went in December when I was 21 weeks pregnant. Just be prepared to take it slower and stop as often as you need! Also remember to always have some water with you as its so important to stay hydrated! Its alot of walking but I felt great at that point so it wasnt too much of an issue.
You can go on most rides, no roller coasters of course (even the kiddie ones like Goofy's Barnstormer), you cant do the Safari in Animal Kingdom, but I didnt find it too limiting.
This page has some good tips about rides and attractions...

Re: DISNEY while Pregnant
There's a lot you can still do... we went when I was 14 weeks pregnant to MGM and I was about 26/27 weeks when we went to Sea World.
ETA: Drink a lot of water and wear comfy shoes.

Re: DISNEY while Pregnant
DH and I went when I was 18/19 weeks pregnant. It was actually great. Because I was moving so slowly we hit a lot more shows than we had seen before. We weren't in such a rush like we had been the previous year. I echo the stuff the other girls said. Drink plenty of water and rest. I was moving sooo slowly by the middle/end of the day. An old man with a walker breezed by me at one point, I'm not kidding Have fun!

Re: DISNEY while Pregnant
We went when I was 20 weeks last May. We had a great time! No rollercoasters and large flume rides. But I still went on Pirates of the Caribbean with no problem. I think if you have a doubt, don't do it.
Just drink lots of water and rest whenever you feel it's necessary.

Re: DISNEY while Pregnant
I agree with the advice of PPs. I went at 25 weeks. There are a lot of rides you can still go on, mostly the ones your kids would want to go on. Use your disgression. I had my DH wait in long lines most of the time so I didn't have to. Also book a massage half way through. My back was killing me and it helped me get through the week.

Re: DISNEY while Pregnant
I went to Disney World and Disneyland while I was pregnant
The best part ws being able to SIT and read a book when DH went on the roller coasters. The worst part was not being able to ride roller coasters!
Yeah pirates was ok as was the Norway ride. Nothing too jerky or with big drops. Really you can ride almost everything. One of the great things about Disney - we had originally planned on going to Universal one day for Harry Potter, but I couldn't ride ONE hHarry Potter ride.
At WDW it wasn't too bad but at Disenyland I was 34 weeks preg so we went back to the room to rest every day in the middle of the day. That really helped me!

Re: DISNEY while Pregnant
I went in December and I was about 25/26 weeks or so. I went on anything basically my 3 yr odl could go on - which is most kid rides. My DH would just take my older son on the bigger rides. It was fine and no issues. We'd leave the house at 9am and come back 9pm. I just tried to drink as much as I can. It was freezing when I went - like 30 degrees so the worst part was that I had no winter coat to wear so I layered up and looked huge!
Enjoy!!

Re: DISNEY while Pregnant
Basically you can do most rides - the ones that they don't suggest are mostly the ones that have height restrictions. Safari ride in AK is one that they don't recommend when pregnant b.c it is very bumpy. BUT having said that there are a lot of pregnant moms on it - I would say IF you think you want to go talk to your OB's some will say absolutely not - others are more lenient.
I found out that I was expecting DD#2 on DD#1's 1st trip. In fact we got the photo pass people to take a photo of DH opening a package when I told him we were expecting #2. We were trying so I had asked my OB before I went what I should avoid and what I could do.
Disney is a lot of walking so just make sure you work in some breaks b.c a lot of moms I spoke to on our trip who were expecting where saying the trip was fun but kicking their *****.
here is a listing of tips, hints and what rides they recommend avoiding

Re: DISNEY while Pregnant
I went at 20 weeks pregnant. DH did most rides with DS (we went for his 3rd birhday) but honestly, there is so much to see and do there that I didn't feel like I missed out on anything. I was absolutely exhausted by the end of the night, but would do it again in a heartbeat. We had the best time!
ETA: I went on Pirates, the Toy Story ride, the safari ride in AK, the boat ride in MK....the only ones I didn't do were the ones they recommended not to if your were preggo....which was fine, bc there weren;t too many
