I go to a solo prac.- I like it b.c I don't deal with PAs or nurses only one dr - who knows my child very well. If she is sick or having issues I don't have to explain things 5 times to different doctors. My dr doesn't have an answering service but routes the calls to his home - so he is always available and knows my DD when I have had to call about something.
He has a group that covers for him when he goes on vacation once a year.
Our children have the same ped and I agree 100% with Christine said.

There are 2 docs in the practice but we always see the same one. I think it's better than going to a practice where you see different docs all the time. More personal.
