she has a morning nap of 4 hrs????

since it's so early...probably not..but Id keep her pretty active today!! :) great day for outside stimulation..that'll do it for sure!!!

Ds did the same when he had his growth spurt. Slept his usual at night. You should be fine, but a walk can never hurt =)
