Do people think you have the pregnancy glow?
Is this glow real?
I've been feeling sick since Week 6 and have had bad skin recently. I know for sure that I have no glow.

I was thinking the same thing... my skin is breaking out. There's no glow unless my face looks shiny b/c it's the end of the day and the makeup is going away.  Ugh!

i was just going to say this - unless we count the glow from the acne - i doubt it!

Last PG I was definitley glowing. I felt great and was very energetic and overall "healthy" feeling. This time I feel like I got hit by a Mack truck...and it looks like it too

So I've been told - I'll tak it over someone telling me I look exhausted or like hell !!
I have NEVER ever seen this 'glow' about any PG woman .......
I've seen women look great PG, and others look not so great .......
But I've never seen anyone look SO different either way that I'd say they're 'glowing' .....

The only people that have said that to me are my MIL and my grandmother.
I tend to think they said that for my benefit more than it actually being true.

With my first pregnancy, people would say it all the time. With this pregnancy, I don't think I heard it once

no one has said anything to me...
Some days I do feel really pretty. Others, I feel like a fat, ugly mess. My skin hasn't been bad-- although I do go through periods where I am broken out badly.

i don't feel/see it, but i was asked at 5 weeks (right after i found out) if i was expecting because i was glowing. i said no because it was at work and i still haven't told my principal, but it really took me off guard. i've also been getting weird looks from my principal, but apparently she has a 6th sense about these things.
now is this because i'm glowing or looking fat? i think i'd go with the latter.

At about 8 or 9 weeks my boss told me I was glowing!
Now at 16 weeks my face is breaking out horrible and there is no glow whatsoever about me!

My face was horrible until about 18 weeks and now my face looks GREAT!!!
People keep telling me that I'm glowing and that pregnancy seems to suit me!!
I just laugh and say well I guess all that puking helped clear up my skin and the pain from my bulging disks give me the rosy appearance!!

People said that I was glowing around 17-18 weeks. My face was breaking out pretty bad in the beginning and all of a sudden it cleared up for a few weeks. Now, at 21 weeks, I think I look awful. The glow is gone!!! My skin isn't breaking out that bad, but I just look so blah!! I hate looking in the mirror.

My first trimester, I didn't have a glow as much as a tinge of green. But starting in my second trimester, I had a super awesome glow that lasted until after my DS was born.
