I don't actually know if I do or not, howeever I failed my driving test here in the UK for using my blinkers too much! How silly!

if no one is around me and i'm not waiting for the spot - just pulling into an empty spot and no cars are behind me then no - i usually don't.
but i am anal about signaling whenever someone is around me, behind me, etc. especially when lane changing or going into a turning lane or making ANY type of move where the person who is behind me would want to know about it - KWIM? it's important - the WORST is when someone just starts to brake and you are like "why is this person braking??" and then you have to brake and then they just RANDOMLY turn with no signal - drives me NUTS.

Yes, if the lot is crowded and someone is behind me. If it's not, no I don't always do it.

nope never.
I do use my blinker all the time otherwise but I never turn my blinker on to park
