Re: Do you do a "big gift" at easter?
We don't do big gifts but I do put toys in the baskets. Even did one for Alexa when she was only 2 months
We also got toys in our baskets growing up and loved it!!

Re: Do you do a "big gift" at easter?
No. I just get him a few toys/books/dvds. My family always gives him candy baskets, so I never do candy. Never anything big though.

Re: Do you do a "big gift" at easter?
No, easter is not a gift giving holiday IMO. My kids get a basket mostly with candy and this year will have a few coloring books, crayons since we are traveling the day after Easter.

Re: Do you do a "big gift" at easter?
Not at all!! My stepkids (they are 5, 7 and 9) get a Easter basket with a chocolate bunny, other candy and maybe a small toy or a DVD. DD who will be almost 1.5 yrs old at Easter will get a small basket with a few of her favorite things... goldfish, Dole fruitbowl, Arrowroot cookies and maybe a small chocolate bunny. DD#2 is 3 months old and we're not doing a basket for her.

Re: Do you do a "big gift" at easter?
Yes and N....my mom always has for us but compared to Christmas it will be small for our DD.
This year my mom bought DD a highchair since she needs 1 and my parents bought her a PNP. Big gifts for her, but more for us.
DD will be 3.5months old and this is what I bought her: Easter Basket Stuffed real looking bunny A flower kit so I can transplant it outside and show her someday that it was for her 1st Easter A Bible Peter Rabbit Book Bunny Ears and Outfit for her picture and Church Scout for Leap Frog since he is on sale and she has no interactive games and I want her to start laughing at something other then me
That's it, but as she gets older it will be a mish mash of spring things and smaller things she wants/needs. I plan to spend about $50-100 on Easter where as Christmas will be crazy
