Me? Definately not. I just dont feel thirtsy, so I never think to drink any water. I dont know what it is but I cant seem to drink enough water during the day.
Whats really weird is that I have to drink water before I go to bed at night. That is probably the only time my body craves water.
Is there anyone else like this?
If you're not thirsty, why do you think you're not drinking enough water? What else are you drinking?
The notion that we MUST drink 8 glasses of water a day is considered to be a fallacy by many physicians. If you aren't drinking too much other stuff and aren't thirsty (and - TMI - are regular), then you're probably getting enough water.
Limit yourself to 1-2 cups of coffee a day, 1-2 sodas / diet sodas a day and otherwise drink water. You should be just fine.
I probably drink too much water. I don't drink coffee, so I drink water all day long at work and then have another 3 glasses easily when I get home at night.

i ONLY drink water. no coffee, tea, soda, nothing. just water. this has been going on for about 6 months now and i've lost about 10 lbs just from making that adjustment. i have at least 3 or 4 poland spring bottles a day and then a few more glasses at night.
Same here only once in a blue moon will have chai tea.

Re: Do you drink enough water on a daily basis?
According to Dr. Oz on Oprah last week, there was no difference between a woman who drank a lot of water in one week and another woman who didn't drink any. Apparently we get enough water from food.

Re: Do you drink enough water on a daily basis?
If you start to drink more water your body will crave it. The more I drink, the more thirsty I get. This helps me get my water.
Also, if I don't drink all my water I don't lose the weight I want to lose and I get a headache and I feel crappy.
Try drinking 2 full glasses with every meal. You will feel full and get 6 glasses in.

I try to drink between 60 and 80 ounces a day. I read once that you should drink half your body weight in ounces.
The more I drink the better I feel.
