I would not have anything diet - the "fake" sweetners are not good for anyone, pregnant or not. I did drink Diet soda prior to being pregnant.

I don't drink any soda, except Sprite or Ginger Ale now.

I didn't have any coffee for the first 16/17 weeks or pregnancy. Now I have 1-2 per week.

I really cut out caffiene. I drink one cup of decaf tea a day (and occassionally have one cup of regular tea).

I've really cut out soda, but from time to time I will have Sprite or Ginger Ale. I think I've only had Coke like 3 or 4 times.

I drink de-caffeinated tea almost every day. I also will have iced tea (which has caffeine) but I limit myself. I can feel the baby jumping around if I have a lot of caffeine.

A small cup of coffee every few days, if that, and once in awhile Sprite. I try not to eat/drink anything with artificial sweeteners, just not real confident that they are completely OK, but that's more about my gut feeling and comfort level than science.

i have coffee and diet coke every day. it's mostly caffeine free. i only have regular (with caffeine) when i'm at a restaurant and that's all they have

I have a decaf coffee (swiss water process) every morning, and sometimes decaf tea at night.

I never drink soda (I don't like the chemically taste or that odd flavor of the corn syrup). I drink mainly juice diluted with water....

I have a cup of tea every morning. If I have coffee its half regular/half decaf. The only time I have regular coffee with no half decaf is when I have a migraine. It really helps and I have been getting about 1 a week.

I weaned myself off caffine last Feb in anticipation of BFP

I drink no soda now and no tea

I drink water and OJ only. I sip my hubby's coke like once a week so far.

I guess I am the odd one! I have a cup of caffeine per day and usually a can of caffeine free soda!

I drink a little (like 1 small glass) every once in a while. I don't drink coffee and haven't had too much cholocate.

They used to say up to 200mg of caffeine a day was OK. Now they are saying that is too much. Of course no caffeine is the best but I think a little caffeine won't do anything. They were saying that FIVE cans of soda were 200mg of caffeine. I think I'm pretty safe considering I couldn't drink 5 cans of soda in a day even if I tried! I would be much more worried with coffee (with caffeine) than soda ....in moderation of course!
