i can never judge how much to make. i have a sickness, its the italian in me, which is a fear of running out of food. i make enough for 6 people when its me and FH.

Yes....I actually love leftovers of most things (I find reheating in the oven or a pan eliminates that microwave not tasting so good thing!!)

I take leftovers home from my Moms especially chicken which no one else will eat!!

Usually I only cook enough for the 2 of us...we eat lighter for lunch....but when there are leftovers...Yum!! (and easy!!! )

It depends what it is -- left over pot roast, roast beef, ziti, yes. Other types of food, not so much. I'll sometimes bring for lunch but it will rarely if ever be a second dinner.

We save them, sometimes we have like 1/2 of them but I can't stomach eating things like veggies recooked - yuck!

We love them - they make a great lunch for the next day.

Restaurant leftovers- not usually- they're never as good, I find.

If it's something I cooked, I usually bring the leftovers for lunch. In fact, I usually make extra for dinner so I can take it to work the day after.

Not often. I store them in the refrigerator to throw away the following week.

I love leftovers. It makes lunch or dinner much easier the next day and tastes good.

Sometimes, depends on what it is. Leftover pasta and chicken I don't mind. Leftover beef I don't like.

I used to growing up-but now I have learned to cook just enough for the two of us, because DH does not eat leftovers...

I don't mind left overs...my mom always cooked to much so we always had them...I usually eat them the next day so they are not left over for long

just a few things i can eat leftovers of
some of which are:

lasagna
spaghetti & meatballs
spanish rice (by only one day though)
homemade chicken soup

It depends on what it is, usually the only left overs I eat are macaroni w/sauce, lasagna and the yummy rice that FH makes.

We eat them during the week! I do a big cook either over the weekend or on Tuesday nights. Whatever is leftover is ate over the course of the rest of the week

My mom ALWAYS made leftovers. She'd cook for like 3 days and then we'd have "mix mox" for dinner.

"Ma, what's for dinner?"

"Mix mox!"

I have no idea where she got that name.

Now, very rarely do I eat leftovers from anything I cook, but I ALWAYS eat leftovers from a restaurant!

Yeah-I actually prefer to cook a lot over the weekend or a night or two during the week and then we can have leftovers the rest of the week. It frees up a lot of time.

I always end up saving them, but rarely eat them. DH ALWAYS eats leftovers - especially for lunch.
