I do eat leftovers for lunch but usually not for dinner. Plus I cannot eat leftover red meat. Chicken is okay but no steak or burgers...I just can't do it for some reason.

Depends on what it is...
Baked ziti, hamburger helper (yes I love the cheesburger kind) and chicken parm- def. Anything else.. not really.

yes, for lunch the next day. it saves money if we do that 2-3 times a week. going out for lunch adds up after a while

Depends on what it is for me too.
I won't eat any red meat (except hamburgers & hot dogs) or chicken left over.
I'll eat any kind of pasta though.

yuck, I hate leftovers, whatever is left after dinner gets thrown away unless DH promises to eat it within 2 days

I eat leftovers, well, after the dog gets his pick, hehehehe.
For lunch I usually just bring whatever it was and reheat in the microwave or toaster...but if it's for dinner, I'll make new veggies, or more mashed potatoes or whatever...chicken cutlets I'll cut over salad, or make chicken parm, left over steak I'll cut and make on garlic bread with melted mozzerella cheese--it's soooo good, I look forward to left over london broil or flank steak so I can make that. Or I'll cut left over steak into salad.
I always fry left over macaroni and spagetti sauce, it tastes sooo much better than microwaving it....and a tiny bit of butter to the bottom of the pan and then add the leftovers....yum!!

Absolutely not. I give them to FH or I used to give them to the homeless man on my street when i lived in NYC. I tend to cook too much and waste alot of food since I refuse to eat any leftovers.

as a kid, yes, all the time. usually ziti or manicotti. my mil makes way too much food and they will have leftovers for at least 3 days, yeah, its that bad. this is why dh hates leftovers now. we make just enough for the 2 of us, this way we avoid the whole leftover issue.

Sure, why not. The only thing I don't like is meat leftover...too tough. But in our home, we rarely have leftovers because DH eats everything
