Re: Do you eat rabbit?
My next door neighbors growing up were Portuguese and they had them in a shed in their backyard and the Mom would go out and kill them in the shed and then bring them in the house to cook
I could never eat rabbit after seeing that.
I do enjoy lamb on Easter though

Re: Do you eat rabbit?
I've eaten it. But, it does seem cruel to do on Easter. LOL!
I wouldn't let him force you to eat anything. Just say no thank-you.

Re: Do you eat rabbit?
Yes, I've had rabbit. I lived in France as an exchange student and that was what the family had for dinner. I didn't realize it until I asked, Qu'est-ce que c'est? and they said le lapin and I wanted to throw up.
I would never eat it again by choice.

Re: Do you eat rabbit?
I have had it. It is good but I cannot eat more than one bite. I just cannot eat it knowing what it is ... the same for deer, eel, phesant, and some other foods. If I picture it and don't like it, I cannot get it down no matter how good it tastes.

Same here! And eating on Easter seems kinda ironic and just plain sick in a way.
