Not at all.
I'm horrendous.
I compulsively overeat and when I say I'm not going to do it anymore- I'm shoving something down my throat 2 minutes later.
I'm just glad I never started smoking or doing drugs or anything- because I'd never be able to quit.
I'm a huge boozer too!

In the past I have set my mind to something and DONE it....I have been successful with committing to diet & exercise...
I am hoping I can have the willpower to quit smoking bc in the past I haven't

I have gotten a lot better. I gave up soda and iced tea for lent. A Snapple has been sitting in my refrigerator taunting me since Ash Wednesday and I have not touched it.
I can resist everything except temptation.

I was able to quit smoking (when I got into the right frame of mind) but when it comes to losing weight - I SUCK!!!! Some days I wish I could give up food the way I did cigarettes, but sadly I do need some food to live. I am definitely and all or nothing type of person

Once I set my mind to a goal, there's usually no stopping me. Quit smoking cold turkey, lost 50 pounds for my wedding, etc.
The problem lies in seriously setting a goal. I know damn well I can lose that weight again but just don't have the dedication for it because I don't care that much!

Yes, and it is all fueled by guilt. Especially when it is food related. Now if it has to do with my Christmas stocking, forget it!

I guess you can say I do but I'm an all or nothing person. I don't do moderation well and have to throw myself full force into something to stick with it.

I walked passed a box of munchikins and didn't eat one...so today I doing well When I really want something bad...then yeah I can be strong but I have good days and bad days
