I don't. I know the Gerber and Beechnut ones say to refrigerate after opening but the nursery one doesn't so that is the one I buy. I use it to make DD's cereal and to fill her sippy cup and she likes it room temp. We go through it in less than a week so I figure it can't be that bad.
