I saw SO MANY W '04 stickers this weekend in CT, it was crazy. I have to admit I thought that if they DO still support him I think its prety brave to show the sticker - considering that some people may be tempted to set the car on fire
I tend to think that they are just too lazy to take it off . . . I had a friend that had a bunch of SJU parking stickers on his car and he didnt even go to SJU, he bought the car used!

I wouldn't say I necessarily judge a person by the bumper stickers I read on people's cars...some of them make me go  and I do wonder what they're thinking...but, some are funny and I just think that the person has a good sense of humor.

No bumper stickers for two reasons
1-don't want to damage the car
2-don't want marks that may identify my car on the LIE by some wackjob who thiings I cut him off and is out for vengence
But I do have the magnet
And to answer the question, yes a little. If you have some sticker that just doesn't sit well with me, I'll speed away from you!

Yes. If it's the kind of bumper sticker everyone has on their car I think they are conformists. If it's something like "My terrier is smarter than your Honor Student" I just want to slap them (figuratively). Most of time bumper stickers amuse me. It gives me something to look at while I'm sitting at a light.
Me too! I think bumper stickers are pretty stupid.

Yep. I have several on my car (an Army Wife one, a support our troops sticker, and I used to have a McCain/Palin sticker too) and I'm sure other drivers on the road judge me based on those stickers -- that's what they're there for. By putting them on my car, I'm basically notifying every other driver out there that "hey! this is me. This is what I find important, believe in, or stand for." I'm pretty sure anyone with a bumper sticker on their vehicle is perfectly aware that other people are going to make judgements based on what their advertising on their car.

Sure, when the bumper sticker says "Make the world a better place - pick up one piece of trash a day" and the driver throws her cigarette butt out the window!!!!
But you can't always.. my first car I bought from my brother's friend and it had a million bumper stickers, most for climbing gyms and stuff... Yeah I'm very nonathletic LOL
After driving that car, I knew I had to downgrade when I bought my Next car - it has a turtle and a Tinker bell, both in the back window. Simple AND CUTE!

I've laughed my butt off at some stickers I've seen, and they brightened my day.
I wouldn't put a sticker on my bumper but I have put them on my back window. Never about politics or religion, I don't want to draw that kind of attention. There are a lot of nuts out there.
But I do want to get one of these.

Funny you mention it, because there is a certain bumper magnet I've been seeing a lot in my area, and 9 times out of 10 the driver seems to be doing something stupid. So I'm beginning to think this magnet equals an inability to drive or general stupidity.

if you are putting a sticker on your car it must mean "this is me" and this is how I think. I laugh at some, shake my head at most but I really question people when their car is covered with them. To me it screams this person needs to announce to the world who they are because you must know what they think because their thoughts are important.
Oh and sorry to say I don't care for "my child is on honor roll at blah blah" - sorry no one cares.
Sorry, but my honor student cares about that bumper sticker. As well as the student of the month. If it wasn't a big deal for them, I wouldn't have put it on the car.

No, but I automatically think they are crazy for damaging their car with a sticker lol
I am crazy about cars and would NEVER damage the paint by putting a sticker on it lol I am a fan of those window clings, although I do not own one lol
I always get a kick out of the "Honor Roll" stickers.....no offense, but it doesn't take much to get on honor roll and really isn't such an achievement compared to other things....geez, that sounds mean and I am totally NOT trying to be mean....I guess because I am a HS teacher and think of how easy it is for these kids to make honor roll, I roll my eyes at those stickers thinking that it really doesn't mean all that much since it is such an easy accomplishment. I am sure when I have kids and they make honor roll one day, which hopefully they will, I will be as proud as the bumper sticker owners........if I ever put one of those stickers on, I PROMISE To come back and say that I did what I used to roll my eyes at and I am sorry lol
PLEASE do not take this offensive bumper-sticker people.....I know you do it out of love and pride....blame my students for this! lol
