Do you know anyone with a seriously awesome job?
Seems like there are a lot of teachers on here  or office employees. You know...those ordinary jobs.
Do you have a friend or family member with a 'cool' job?

Do you know anyone with a seriously awesome job?
I have a friend who works for Disney World. He started out as a bellhop in the Tower of Terror and now he does production.
My husband works in radio, so he has a cool job in the sense that he meets a lot of cool people and goes to interesting events. His paycheck is not as cool as the job itself.

I had one before being a sahm. I worked at a very high end, members only, travel and concierge agency. Planned trips for celebrities, etc. Plus I was comped my hotels when I traveled in 5 star and palace level hotels. Oh well. Dd is my boss now.

I am a SAHM now and I feel it is "a seriously awesome job". 100% hands down, a seriously awesome job. Wouldn't trade it for ANYTHING.
I have a friend who is a reality tv star.
I have family members who get to travel the world- all paid by their businesses. Maybe not a seriously awesome job but a big perk to their jobs.
I know dance choreographers, radio/entertainment show staff who get to work alongside celebrities, etc.
To some these may be awesome jobs to others these may sound like terrible jobs.

My friend from college finds locations for physicians conferences. She has to test out amenities at the resorts she goes to...golf courses, spas, restaurants, etc. She then returns to the resort to run the conference. She travels globally and makes well into 6 figures. Pretty dope.

My husband is a pilot for a major commercial airline so we can fly anywhere for just the tax of the seat. We flew round trip first class to London for $600 total

I have a cool job. I work in the theatre industry and while my job itself isn't on the creative side, my perks include visits to the office from casts of different shows, comp tickets to most shows on Broadway, all sorts of free swag that the marketing companies send to us, Tony Award tickets, etc.
It's nice to have, oh...John Stamos walk through the door to say hello. Or Woody Harrelson, OMG was I excited for that!
I love my job. I really do enjoy what I do, the people I work with and my company. These perks are icing on the cake.

Honestly... I think teacher's jobs are seriously awesome. To my kids they're celebrities. You should see them when we see a teacher outside of school.  
My old job was more cool where I did a lot of trade shows and my main two or three locations to go to were Vegas or S Beach Miami. Pay was ok though then they did major cuts and my position got changed to pretty much spreadsheets and other boring stuff. Blah!
My friend's husband is a pilot for a private airline and he takes a lot of celebrities around. He gets to fly all over the city too.

My DH is a TV sports reporter. He has gotten to go to tons of big sporting events. His favorite was to be in the locker room for the 2009 Yankees world series celebration.

I have a friend who is a flight attendant for a luxury airline that flies celebrities and very big CEO's for big global companies. She's always flying to and staying in amazing places like Bali, Costa Rica, Nepal, France, Thailand. They only serve gourmet food on the flights with a personal chef, so she's always testing the food prior to flights and her pilots take her out to amazing restaurants when they're at a location. SO jealous of her job. She's not home much, but she doesn't have kids yet so she's just enjoying the traveling.

I had to google ethnical hacker! Sounds pretty cool...I always wondered why people who do spam and "mean" hacking didnt use their "powers" for good instead of evil. But it sounds like you do!

LOL exactly. i try to find the holes before the "bad" hackers do.  they're considered "black hats" and i'm considered a "white hat".

I do something very similar and we are hiring. But honestly it is not quite what it sounds like.

I think I have an awesome job. I work for a company who provides mobile bidding and fundraising software to non profits. We meet celebrities at our events. Even better we get to see non profits raise hundreds of thousands of dollars using our software. I WAH and have an extremely flexible schedule. I just came from my Kindergartners school where I volunteer in library every Wed. Tomorrow I will go to my other sons class and volunteer there. Next Monday I am getting a haircut, etc. etc.
