I don't mind so long as they don't tag him as me or my DH. I like being given the choice of whether or not to leave him anonymous or ID him as "mine" if I want to...and whether I tag him or not depends on who posted the pic(s) and my relationship to them.

No but I put loads of pics up on FB of my own kids, so I think they would realize that I am good with it. I NEVER put pics of my Brothers kids on FB because I know him and SIL do not.

no it happens all the time with us.
and it makes for a small world...my kids will show up on someone in charlotte's facebook...who happens to be from LI...who will have friends who are on LIF...

I don't know of friends posting my kids on facebook, but I've asked my siblings to please make their accounts private so that any pics of my kids they put up are not seen by the world.
(I do not have facebook)

yes, only b/c I don't post my son's pics on FB. If I had 100 pics up there, it wouldn't bother me
It's happened before, I've just asked them to untag me and remove the pics - not a big deal.

I think people should ask or make the photo album private. I have several albums that are permissioned only for the people in the photos.

Everyone asked me if I did not mind so I was never caught off guard with that. Just like I would not post pics of other kids in the pic without asking their parents if it was OK.

I don't like people putting photos of ME with them on facebook.
Some people are more private... you really can't tell who is looking at those photos (even if it is the poster's friends friends it comes out to a LOT of strangers).
