Ours is always paid before the due date, just in case there is a glitch with the payment system and it doesn't go through.
Actually there was a glitch and instead of the payment not going thorugh, it went through 4 times!  So now we are paid up through December ...we don't usually pay that much before the due date!

Paid on the 8th for my house here automatically through citi.
Wells takes the payment for our condo automatically from my account on the 9th.
And my tenant pays it on the 10th!! I really have to fix that.

We get the bill mid month for the next month. So, we got the bill Sept 15 for Oct. 1. We pay the mortgage at the end of the Sept for Oct, Oct for Nov, etc. after our last paycheck for the month comes in.

Citibank automatically debits my mortgage on the 1st of the month. It's not 'due' until a few days later.

Depends on the month.
We usually live from paycheck to paycheck - well really from Commission check to commission check.
We get commissions on the 10th of the month, so we usually send it out the 10th or the 11th

We usually pay around the 6th of the month to give it some time to get there before the 15th.
