for DH/DW? (for no reason or holiday.. just to do it)?

yep! they can be really silly too. he has a collection of flavored lip balm- strawberry milk, skittles, etc from when i told him his lips were too dry.

Yes. Sometimes it's bagels or a candy bar. Sometimes I surprise him at work with a treat. Sometimes clothing. I enjoy it!

i always want to do this, but i never know what to get him 
anytime a dvd or CD cmes out that he wants- he just goes and gets it. other than that, he doesnt have very many interests 
a couple of years ago, i picked him up playstation 2 'just because'... but im looking for things MUCH more economical than that

it doesn't have to be anything expensive. like, what would you put in his xmas stocking?

yes and vice versa...its fun! The other day Fh went to pick up pizza and came back with a knock off prada bag also..i said whre did u get that??? i was suprised and shocked that he picked a nice one he said they were selling them at the pizza place i thought it was funny, and cute!

great ideas!!! thank you!
i know its really the simple things that can be soo thoughtful... but he's picky, and i'm overanalytical.. so anytime we want something, or want to get each other something-- we usually take the other one shopping for it (even with christmas presents--- and i hate that-- its the surprise that i look forward to)

We always do.
When I go shopping now, I'm not only buying for me anymore, but if I see something that "looks" like him or something that he wants, I get it as well. He does the same for me as well.
I also like to leave him little inspirational notes that I write for him. I will put it in between the clean clothes that I've washed...In the closet....or in the dresser's drawers so if he's getting dressed and I'm not home, he finds one of those notes and thinks of me.

Yup, sometimes I'll bring him home some of his reese's peanut butter cups, or I'll stop off and get an I Love You balloon or I'll get him some of his favorite foods he doesn't get too often.
He usually surprises me with flowers, pics me up new DVD's I want if they come out.
We take care of each other!!

sure do.
Once in a while I'll leave monopoly scratch off's in his drawer. Sometimes a card. Once in a while I'll bake a huge batch of cookies and leave them on the counter with a cold glass of milk for when he walks in the door from work.
He surprises me with ice cream or my favorite foods. The other day he got me 2 boxes of chocolet chip waffles.
The other day he was leaving before me and turned my car around so I didnt have to back out of the driveway. I totally didnt expect that because I had enough room
We love surprises!!

Yes sometimes I pick him up little things like a pair of socks or a t-shirt.
Sometimes i'll make his favorite dish for dinner.

once in awhile...
it could be chocolate ice cream
a new package of underwear (yes...he likes getting new ones and I don't mind cuz then I don't have to do laundry!)
his fave snacks (little debbie stuff which you can get at the $1 store)
