Do you save all your baby's outgrown items for future unborn children that have yet to be conceived?
DH thinks I will want all new stuff in a few years and thinks we should sell all our items as DS grows. Just wondering if other moms keep their children's outgrown items or get rid of them.

Yes, I have ryan's stuff for the next boy. I'm not sure what I'll do if this baby is a girl though b/c I'm uncertain about a 3rd, and if there is a 3rd, it won't be for a while - so I'm not sure if I'll hang on to everything after this child.

We kept all of DS's stuff. We are expecting #2. If it is a boy, AWESOME!!!! If it's a girl, we will give away all his old clothes and get girl stuff!

Nope.
But that's because I am not planning on more kids. My nephew has all of DS' clothes and I've given away or sold his other items.

We kept all DD's clothes for future children, w/ the exception of things worn out/stained.

Yes. Unl;ess it is something brand new with tags that someone I know can use. I have given stuff to friends and charity

I am saving all of DD's clothes, but plan to sell the toys (ie swing, bouncer, jumperoo, etc) after she's outgrown them, too much clutter in the house.
We'll just buy new ones for the next baby.

Yep, we're keeping EVERYTHING. Very few pieces of DD's clothes are stained, so if it's stained terribly it gets tossed, otherwise we're saving ALL clothes, toys, baby items, etc.

I kept all of DS clothing and most of his things. If I knew someone that needed something then I gave it away - i.e. carseat, bath tub.

I have two girls so I'm really glad I saved everything. I could never get rid of stuff that has been worn only a few times and then buy new clothes for the next baby. Although our second always gets a few new items each season!

So far I've been keeping it. I gave away only a few items. My best friend askied me to save it for her. (even though she's not even TTC yet....)

yup, we saved it all, but if my next one is a girl, then i will give away my DS clothes (already i have friends and family who are NOT pregnant asking for it ) but all his toys, pack and play, exersaucer, swing etc is all in good condition so i will re-use it with #2

Kept everything..
The big items (swing, stroller, etc) are all gender-neutral and we saved them all.
We've saved DD's clothes and probably will get rid of them if the next one isn't a girl.

I have kept everything worth keeping- most of the clothes DD wears, she only wears a few times and they are in oerfect condition. I will keep it for future daughters or for friends...

we kept everything...you still get a lot in gifts for #2. and with the hand-me-downs, I felt like I could splurge a little on what I did buy #2
and I got a lot from my nephew for #2, so it's new to us!
We are keeping everything for #3
