I asked DH this last night about me.... he would never in his life ever admit tohaving "butterflies" over anything!!
But he did say he is always looking forward to coming home from work because he wants to see ME.  For my DH that is HUUUUUGE!

I feel the same way too. I miss the newness but I wouldn't give that up for what we have now. Sometimes if I think of a special time - like when we got engaged - i will get a little "jump" in my stomach But not really the butterflies

I feel the same way-I equate the butterflies with the newness, the nervousness, the unknown , but now it is a different feeling of excitment... I love getting his calls,emails,waiting for him to get home from work, etc...but its more of a comfort level...not butterflies

Yup...everytime. I get so excited to see him when I am on my way to his house that I can hardly stand it.
Ugh...I can't believe I just said that. I never thought I would love anyone (aside from my DS) as much as I love him.
