in real life - HELL NO. I wear my feelings on my sleeve. If I dont like you it SHOWS ... I do NOT have a good poker face 
and for the most part i do not see a reason to be fake in person only to turn around and talk trash about someone after the fact

I think that being fake is one thing, and pretending to be friendly but then talking about the person behind their backs is another thing. I think the latter is more of being 2-faced... because you can be fake without talking about the person behind their back.
With certain work people, I kind of have to pretend to be friendly (I was TOLD I had to  ) but I don't go around talking about them behind their backs, I just don't care for them but apparently I'm not allowed to NOT be friendly with certain people I work with.
ANYWAY, other than that no, it's very hard for me to be fake that way if I truly don't like a person. For example, my cousin's BF, I can't stand him (and she knows it)... I couldn't even fake a polite hello to him recently. If I do try to fake it, it usually comes out in my mannerisms and expressions anyway.

good point but i think if i asked....HOW many of us are back stabbers

At this point in my life, I try to remain as real as possible with those people closest to me. All others, I could care less if they thought I was being fake with them.
And I've never intentionally backstabbed someone I care about.

Well I smile and Im all friendly with my MIL and I just dont like her. I vent to my friends about her but never to DH. Except the other day when she smacked my belly with the back of her hand. B*tch!

Yes, but at work. OTher than that, with friends of JT's or friends' SO, I'm not fake, I just try to be pleasant without over-doing it. I can be nice to people I don't like because I'm not a mean person by nature.
