I can't be.....If I don't like you or not fond of you, you definitely going to know it.
As far as talking to people behind their backs....I don't. I don't waste my energy in that. If I have to say anything to anyone...I'd tell them right on their face.....I will do it very diplomatically....but I will...
And if I don't like you at work, I'll only deal with the person professionally....and that's it.
And I don't believe in backstabbing...what goes around......DEFINITELY comes around....
