Does anyone follow WW using the old points system?
I tried the points plus online with WW but it really didn't work for me. Starting this week I am going back to my old slider and points values since that's what I had success with in the past. Just wondering if anyone else is still following that plan?

I use the point system from 2001 with the slide.

Can I ask why this didnt work for you and w hat didnt you like about it? I am a fan of the points system, worked for me and now will be starting again but not sure how I will like the new system.
I plan to use the points system if I cant get into the new way.

i use the old point system also. It comes down to what will work for me in the long run even after I reach my goal weight. The original point system works

same here..the new program didn't work for me..maybe i didn't like it so i didn't follow it as well..i don't know...Right now, i'm pregnant, so i am not dieting..HOWEVER, after this baby comes, i'm going to do the old ww program..i still have my slider and the book. thank god!

I'm using the old points system too. My dad did it years ago and told me what to do. It is working! Thats all I care about!

There was just too many points I was eating, since fruits and veggies are free, which I do eat a lot of, it was hard for me to full up. I was eating too much
